Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Invoicing & Accounts Receivable Support

Pro Outdoor is seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their Omaha team. In this role, you will provide customer support while managing service requests and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
Resolve customer issues in a firm but courteous manner
Manage multiple service requests in a fast-paced environment
Utilize ServiceTitan for customer management and service coordination
Build strong customer relationships and maintain a professional, helpful tone
Assist with general administrative support tasks as needed
Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time
Review completed work orders to ensure invoicing accuracy
Collect and process customer payments
Support accounts receivable by following up on past-due balances as needed
Maintain accurate notes, payment records, and customer documentation

Required

At least 2 years of customer service experience (home services preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to manage challenging customer conversations professionally
Strong attention to detail, especially with invoicing and payment accuracy
Customer-focused attitude and strong follow-through

Irrigation knowledge
Experience with invoicing, billing, or accounts receivable support
Experience in conflict resolution and long-term customer relationship building
