Responsibilities
Develop and deploy state-of-the-art ML models across ad forecasting, targeting, pacing, pricing, and delivery optimization
Build scalable ML systems that power core advertising platform capabilities
Rapidly prototype and iterate on innovative AI-driven solutions
Ensure engineering excellence through high code quality, reliability, and scalable system design
Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of technical rigor and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
MS or PhD in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience)
3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade, large-scale ML systems
Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, mathematics, statistics, and numerical optimization
Advanced programming skills in Python (primary), plus experience with Java and SQL
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
Hands-on experience with Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT-style models, ViT)
Deep learning methodologies including sequence and recurrent models
Multimodal embedding techniques (text, image, audio, structured data)
Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA or similar)
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
LLM evaluation frameworks and model validation methodologies
Proven ability to design and scale robust, production-ready ML systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-impact engineering environments
Preferred
Experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or digital marketing platforms
Experience with Databricks and/or AWS SageMaker
