Responsibilities
Collaborate with product owners, customers, team members, and leaders to shape data-driven strategies
Develop solutions and strategies to address business challenges
Research and devise innovative statistical models for data analysis
Automate repetitive reports and deliveries
Apply statistical methods, machine learning, and artificial intelligence tools to detect anomalies and trends to make informed decisions
Run data pilot analysis, comparative performance analysis
Streamline performance and data quality analysis on various data sources
Develop and deploy machine learning models into production environment by collaborating with other engineers and developers
Monitoring model performance, refine/update models algorithms as needed
Collaborate with internal teams and developers to design, develop, automate and maintain data analytics reports and dashboards
Provide support in ad-hoc analysis to meet customer needs
Present insights and findings to business owners, customers, and leadership
Able to effectively transfer knowledge and train team members in the processes
Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to provide input on testing progress and challenges
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing efforts
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
Experience with data analytics tools (SQL, R, Python) and data visualization tools (like Tableau, PowerBI, AWS Quicksight)
Experience designing, training, validating, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms
Experience with cloud computing tools such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
Experience with the version control systems (GitHub)
Knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data modeling
Experience with agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment and deadline-driven environment
Proven track record of innovation and continuous improvement
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
Must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Math, Data Science, or related field
Preferred
SAFe Agile Certification
Assess/evaluate to deliver timely data analysis, and data solutions against client requirements
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously
Experience in healthcare IT and understanding of regulatory requirements such as HIPAA
Experience and/or knowledge of CMS processes and standards
