Aviation Project Manager
Yulista Holding LLC is a company specializing in aviation services, seeking an Aviation Project Manager to serve as the key liaison between Yulista and its clients. The role involves overseeing project management tasks, ensuring adherence to quality assurance practices, and coordinating aircraft modification programs.

Responsibilities
Establish clear project objectives and prioritize tasks associated with aircraft modification programs, including structural changes, avionics upgrades, systems integration, and installation of mission-specific equipment (e.g., ISR sensors, communications, electronic warfare systems, or specialized payloads)
Develops, modifies, and provides critical input into project and SIL integration plans, aligning them with program-level objectives and adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes in scope or resources
Participate in design reviews, subcontractor statement of work development, program governance, and customer liaison activities
Perform applied engineering analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause corrective actions (RCCA) to resolve complex aircraft issues
Plan, coordinate, and support ground/flight testing, inspections, and system validation, including data collection and procedure adaptations
Ensure adherence to quality assurance practices, airworthiness standards, FAA 14 CFR (Parts 91, 145), military standards, and Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) requirements
Monitor program metrics, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and drive process improvements
Mentor technicians and conduct safety briefs to promote best practices in situational awareness, corrosion control, and hazardous materials handling
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or Diploma in Avionics/Electronics, Aerospace Technology, or related field required
Minimum 15+ years experience in aviation maintenance, avionics, aircraft modifications, quality assurance, and special mission platforms (fixed-wing and rotary-wing)
Demonstrated experience managing maintenance operations and deployed aircraft programs
Proven track record understanding quality assurance practices, standards and a heightened safety focus
Prior experience as an FAA Certified Organization Designation Authority (ODA)
Currently licensed or having previously obtained FAA FCC license and Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) rating
Extensive knowledge of military, USG, and commercial aerospace standards of operation
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance. U.S. Citizenship required
Trained in Aircraft corrosion control, and hazardous materials compliance
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
