Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Experience leading IT teams in large-scale enterprise or service provider environments
Proven track record of building strong vendor and partner relationships
Experience managing the delivery of high-availability IT services, with a focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and user experience across complex systems
Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, waterfall)
Experience with core networking including but not limited to Route/Switch, firewalls and DNS, DHCP and IPAM
Experience using service management tools such as Jira, Big Picture, or ServiceNow
Basic knowledge of network security principles
Basic experience with cloud networking
