Attend eight days of training off the unit, which provide interactive learning activities to support personal and professional development
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma
One year of clinical experience e.g., home care, outpatient, acute care (hospital preferred) technician experience in a setting relevant to the unit; volunteer work as EMT or CRT may be considered
Nursing Assistant Certification from the Maryland Board of Nursing required
Current CPR certification
