Desktop Support - Level 1
Softworld, a Kelly Company, is hiring an IT Support Analyst to provide front line technical support in a busy operational environment. The role involves solving problems, helping users, and supporting various IT functions including hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities
Provide first line IT support for hardware software and access issues
Set up and deploy desktops laptops and peripheral equipment
Connect and troubleshoot network printers
Perform user account setup and password resets
Support Microsoft 365 applications
Document tickets resolutions and escalations
Use remote tools to support users
Work closely with a small collaborative IT team
Qualification
Required
Experience in helpdesk or Level 1 IT support
Basic knowledge of Active Directory
Experience with ticketing systems
Familiarity with Windows environments
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable and self motivated work style
IT related education or certification is helpful
