Akkodis is seeking a Senior PAM Engineer for a Contract with a client. The role involves overseeing the design and implementation of privileged access controls to safeguard critical systems and collaborating with various teams to align PAM architecture with broader security frameworks.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design and implementation of enterprise‑grade privileged access controls across all critical systems
Develop and enforce PAM policies that eliminate direct privileged access and ensure least‑privilege operations
Collaborate with IAM, Endpoint, Network, and SOC teams to align PAM architecture with broader security frameworks
Drive automation of privileged access workflows to strengthen auditability and reduce operational risk
Monitor privileged account usage, identify anomalies, and enforce remediation actions as needed
Support continuous improvement of PAM governance by evaluating new tools, standards, and security best practices

Required

Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, cybersecurity, or a closely related technical discipline
8–10 years of experience in Privileged Access Management or Identity & Access Management roles
Candidate must have strong hands‑on expertise in designing, implementing, and governing PAM solutions across enterprise environments
Must demonstrate deep knowledge of least‑privilege models, privileged access controls, and secure access architecture aligned with Zero Trust principles
