5+ years expConfidential company is a leader in full-service property restoration, and they are seeking an experienced Lead Installer to join their team. This position is responsible for overseeing the installation of HVAC equipment, ensuring quality and safety while adhering to company guidelines.

Responsibilities
Install HVAC equipment, including but not limited to air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation components, and associated systems, following all relevant plans and manufacturer specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure accurate installation and compliance with project requirements
Lead and oversee installation teams on-site, delegating tasks, and providing guidance to ensure quality and efficiency
Ensure all work complies with local codes, regulations, and safety standards
Perform quality control checks throughout and after installation to ensure systems operate as intended
Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients to address questions or concerns related to installations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during installation processes
Maintain organized and accurate records of installations, including completed work, equipment used, and any deviations from plans
Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in HVAC installation
Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized before, during, and after installations
Perform all other duties as assigned to support the overall operations of the organization
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC installation, with demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
High School diploma or equivalent required; technical training in HVAC systems is preferred
Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer specifications
Knowledge of HVAC installation techniques, tools, and materials
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites as needed
