Responsibilities
Overall field operations and sub-contractor management
Develop and manage the project schedule with project manager
Develop and update look ahead schedule
Coordinate subcontracts, drawings and specifications
Communicate with Customer, Architect, subcontractors and staff
Identify and mitigate project risks
Enforce company safety program, OSHA operating standards and laws
Manage the quality control processes throughout the project schedule
Handle and evaluate safety risks on the job site
Process and Handle Stressful Deadlines Professionally
Qualification
Required
10+ years of commercial construction, site supervision experience
Thorough and quick-thinking skills
Significant Experience in ground-up and renovation experience
Outlook, Word and Excel skills
Ability to lift/transport up to 50 pounds
Driver's License
Ability to walk on uneven ground construction site
Preferred
Microsoft Project experience preferred, but not required
