Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to Fieldin’s customers at their premises
Professionally communicate with customers and provide information as agreed upon with Sales Rep, account manager, and Field Service Supervisor
Install Fieldin’s systems on customers’ farming equipment
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve hardware malfunctions
Assemble and prepare hardware for installation, manage inventory
Ensure all installations are up to company and industry standards within FieldIn protocols
Carry out quality control of work performed in the region
Manage equipment stock and vehicle organization
Conduct site surveys & engagements with clients
Accurately catalog customers’ equipment, cross-referencing Fieldin’s agreement equipment list
Collaborate fully with members of the Service and Support teams as well as other interfacing teams in the company
Contribute expertise with product installations and services to maintain optimal practices
Adhere to and oversee compliance with safety and quality standards
Document and report information as required
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license
Mechanical experience with high technical skills
Able to lift greater than 60lbs
Experience with automotive electronics; wire soldering, 12V devices
Self-motivated and a team player
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel domestically (up to ~ 25% of the time)
Ability to work well with remote staff
Preferred
Agriculture machinery background preferred
Spanish-speaking a plus
