Provide in-home speech therapy services in accordance with the individualized plan of care
Perform evaluations and ongoing assessments to support patient progress
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and quality of life
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Current California Speech Therapy License (Required)
Current CA Driver's License
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Preferred
Home Health Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
