Axiom Global Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Salesforce OMS Functional Architect to lead the functional design and implementation of scalable eCommerce and order management solutions. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into end-to-end functional architectures and ensure alignment between functional design and system architecture.

Responsibilities

Lead functional architecture and solution design for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Salesforce OMS implementations
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions
Design end-to-end eCommerce and order lifecycle processes , including order capture, fulfillment, returns, and inventory management
Define functional workflows for pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, shipping, payments, and order orchestration
Configure and optimize Salesforce OMS for order routing, fulfillment logic, and service processes
Collaborate with technical architects and development teams to ensure alignment between functional design and system architecture
Support integrations with external systems such as ERP, payment gateways, tax, shipping, and inventory systems
Lead workshops, solution demos, and stakeholder discussions
Ensure best practices for scalability, performance, and user experience
Provide support for UAT, production rollout, and post-implementation optimization

Required

8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with strong focus on Commerce Cloud and OMS
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C/B2B)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Order Management (OMS)
Strong understanding of eCommerce business processes and customer journeys
Strong understanding of order lifecycle management (capture, routing, fulfillment, returns)
Strong understanding of inventory and fulfillment strategies (BOPIS, ship-from-store, drop ship)
Experience conducting functional workshops and requirement gathering sessions
Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
