Responsibilities
Lead program delivery across commercial IT initiatives, including TPM, B2B, and Sales Incentive platforms
Drive integration strategy and execution with SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce ecosystems
Manage multiple concurrent projects with shared dependencies and enterprise impact
Align business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors around timelines, scope, and delivery expectations
Establish governance, reporting cadence, and risk management processes
Oversee roadmap planning, resource coordination, and budget tracking
Ensure scalable, repeatable delivery frameworks across commercial systems
Act as a central escalation point and executive communication bridge
Qualification
Required
SAP S/4 HANA and Salesforce experience is required
8+ years of IT Program or Senior Project Management experience in enterprise environments
Proven success leading large commercial or go-to-market technology programs
Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA integrations
Experience delivering programs involving Salesforce platforms
Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-workstream environments
Excellent executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills
Preferred
Exposure to TPM, B2B commerce, or sales incentive systems strongly preferred
