Hai Hospitality is a fast-growing multi-concept restaurant company based in Austin, Texas. They are seeking a highly capable IT Systems & Microsoft Administrator to support and secure their corporate technology environment, focusing on Microsoft 365 administration, device support, and cybersecurity controls.

Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
Provision, modify, and de-provision user accounts, licenses, groups, and roles
Enforce conditional access, MFA, and device compliance policies
Manage authentication, SSO, and role-based access for internal and third-party systems
Deploy, configure, and maintain corporate laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
Support Windows and macOS endpoints, patching, antivirus, disk encryption, and endpoint security
Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues for corporate users
Ability to prioritize in a high-speed environment
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
Ability and willingness to explain technical problems and resolutions in non-technical terms when necessary
Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and access requests via the corporate ticketing system
Prioritize issues based on business impact and security risk
Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles
Monitor and respond to security alerts from endpoint, identity, and cloud security platforms
Enforce least-privilege access and review system permissions
Support incident response, investigations, and remediation
Assist with vulnerability management, patching, and security audits
Support business-critical systems including HR, finance, POS, reporting, and operational platforms
Manage application access, role mappings, and user onboarding/offboarding
Troubleshoot SSO, permissions, and system-to-system access issues

Required

2+ years of IT managerial experience in a fast-growth environment
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune
Ability to provision, modify, and de-provision user accounts, licenses, groups, and roles

Preferred

Experience with API & Integration Exposure to include familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations, troubleshooting API authentication (OAuth, tokens, API keys), and ability to work with vendors or developers to support data flows between systems
Experience with Data & SQL to include ability to run basic SQL queries for troubleshooting, reporting, or data validation and supporting BI, reporting, or operational databases
Experience with Cloud & Automation to include Azure, scripting, or automation tools and device management platforms (Intune, MDM, RMM)
Recognized as a positive leader that others want to work for. Leads by example, passionate about technology and information systems
Technology leadership experience in restaurants or multi-unit retail
