Responsibilities

Performs tasks associated with mail processing and distribution
Places mail in proper buckets for distribution
Receives outgoing mail and applies correct postage
Detail oriented
Clerical skills – greeting and assisting customers of the mail room
Planning and organizing skills
Oral and/or written communication skills
Performs tasks associated with restocking the Copy and Print Rooms
Checks all Copy and Print Rooms on each floor
Ensures room is adequately stocked with supplies
