The role involves overseeing program management, issue resolution, and quality assessments while leading the launch team's transition to the plant and managing pre-production activities.

Managing the ordering, building, testing, and disposition of vehicles
Managing the Pre-Production Drive Fleet Evaluation Plan
Managing Product Development change approvals ahead of prototype builds
Gatekeeper for New Model Programs
Leading the build issues management process for the cross functional program team
Co-Chairing meetings and driving part support issues to resolution for each pre-production build
Champion Senior Management Presentations
Preparing and presenting New Model Program weekly assessment reports
Managing launch budget approval and executing elements controlled by New Model Programs within the launch budget
Qualification
Required
