Responsibilities
Maintain and repair computer-controlled systems and robotic devices in industrial settings
Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and escalate complex issues to engineering and management
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnostics in alignment with maintenance documentation
Troubleshoot automation control systems using schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
Install, configure, and commission new robotic systems and production equipment
Support automation programming adjustments in collaboration with engineering teams
Document maintenance activities, root cause findings, and corrective actions
Assist with process improvements and equipment optimization initiatives
Communicate effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams
Support machine configuration, fixture setup, and operational adjustments
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental health standards
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Automation Technology, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Two to four years of experience in industrial automation or technician roles
Strong knowledge of electronics, mechanical systems, and automated equipment
Experience working with automation software and control systems
Familiarity with motion sensors, pneumatic devices, control components, and photosensors
Ability to lift up to thirty pounds unassisted and up to fifty pounds with assistance
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a related technical discipline
Experience supporting robotic system installations and hardware upgrades
Exposure to root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
