Responsibilities
Lead multi-site automation projects from concept through execution and scaling
Identify and implement automation solutions that improve manufacturing performance and standardize processes (4M)
Partner with engineering, operations, and supply chain to deliver scalable, future-ready systems
Drive project execution — scope, budget, milestones, risk, and stakeholder alignment
Champion continuous improvement using robotics, PLC/SCADA, AI, and digital technologies
Establish automation standards, documentation, and training for long-term operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automation, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related)
7+ years leading automation projects in complex manufacturing environments
Strong expertise in industrial automation, robotics, PLC/SCADA, and digital/AI technologies
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver measurable results
Strategic thinker with strong execution and leadership skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%
