Responsibilities
Lead and develop Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Calibration, and Controls teams to ensure operational excellence
Drive initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, safety, and cost performance
Apply lean principles and data-driven decision-making to improve processes
Manage and implement large-scale projects that deliver efficiency and cost savings
Partner with multifunctional teams to deliver impactful outcomes
Build and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and lean transformation
Ensure compliance with Safety, GMP, FDA Quality System Regulation, ISO, and AATB standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or managerial position
Proven large-scale project management experience
Strong knowledge of Quality Systems and Good Manufacturing Practices
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Preferred
Experience in Bio-tissue or Pharmaceutical operations preferred
