Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive cross-functional program delivery plans to achieve successful business and customer outcomes. Includes scoping, prioritization, resourcing, budgeting and risk management
Establish and maintain program metrics and key performance indicators to track progress, evaluate program success and identify areas for process improvements
Be the bridge - equally comfortable explaining team's analyses and recommendations to executives as well as discussing tradeoffs with engineers and product managers
Drive predicable delivery of programs while influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations to ensure alignment, mitigate risks, manage competing priorities, and resource allocation
Qualification
Required
Strong program management skills driving complex, programs with motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills characterized by technical acumen, clarity, and brevity
Analytical skills with data-driven decision making, with ability to make reasoned decisions in situations of uncertainty or imperfect data
Ability to work with people across a broad variety of job functions and levels
Good Understanding of Agile methodologies
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, healthcare or business
3+ years of Program Management experience with a focus on the technical aspects of new product development
Masters preferred
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
