Responsibilities

Analyzing, designing, and optimizing IT processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
Driving operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement across IT services
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, document, and implement scalable and sustainable IT processes
Focusing on ITIL and ITSM frameworks
Performing additional duties assigned that are within scope of the role

Required

High School diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of 5 years' experience in service management, process design, or enterprise architecture
Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles and process lifecycle management
Ability to map, model, and optimize complex IT processes
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
Excellent computer literacy
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly language
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Customer-centric mindset with focus on user experience
Commitment to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple project activities simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technologies and business needs

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
ITIL Foundation certification strongly preferred
ITIL Intermediate, Expert Lean Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional certifications preferred
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
Proficiency with process modeling tools (eg Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS)
