Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Research: Own the end-to-end process: scoping, study design, recruiting, moderation, and analysis
Generative & Evaluative: Lead in-depth interviews and observations, as well as usability studies and concept testing
Cross-Functional Impact: Partner with Designers, Product Managers, and Engineering to influence product roadmaps
Strategic Communication: Present compelling, data-driven insights to senior leadership to drive design direction
Qualification
Required
6+ Years of UX Research experience in fast-paced software environments
Retail Expertise: Proven track record researching customer and employee (barista/associate) experiences
Methodology Mastery: Applied expertise in usability testing, remote/unmoderated testing, and survey design
Self-Starter: Ability to manage research work autonomously in a changing environment
