Plan weekly production schedule, according to customers’ requests and inventory levels
Schedule, train and motivate employees for the Co-Packing Production department
Implement safety policies and procedures for the department
Help design and implement automation projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field required
No previous experience required
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands-on skills
Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
