Responsibilities

Perform assembly and testing using mechanical drawings, work instructions, and electrical schematics
Conduct board rework, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of complex equipment
Support lab infrastructure and use diagnostic software to collect and evaluate operating data
Create Problem Reports and collaborate with engineers on NPI builds (form, fit & function)
Identify BOM discrepancies and manufacturability improvements
Perform RMBWA safety inspections and maintain an organized cleanroom workspace
Adapt to changing priorities, including rework and overtime

Required

Strong hands-on experience in semiconductor or high-tech equipment assembly
Proficiency in board rework and troubleshooting
Experience supporting lab/test infrastructure
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Comfortable working in a cleanroom wearing PPE and performing tasks at varied heights
