Responsibilities
Assist in configuring, installing, and maintaining network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points)
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
Support LAN/WAN environments across multiple Florida locations
Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configurations
Assist with network security implementations (VPNs, firewalls, access controls)
Provide technical support to internal users regarding network-related issues
Participate in network upgrades, patching, and system improvements
Follow IT policies, compliance standards, and security best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field (or equivalent technical training)
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching)
Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment
Knowledge of network security fundamentals
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
