They are seeking an IT Technical Recruiter to manage the full-lifecycle IT recruitment process for contract project roles, ensuring client targets and expectations are met.

Responsibilities
Identifying qualified candidates for cleared and non-cleared IT roles
Conducting candidate interviews
Owning candidate experience through the interview lifecycle
Negotiating/presenting offers
Maintaining relationships with our team of consultants
Qualification
Required
3 or more years of IT technical recruiting experience
2+ years of agency recruiting experience
Ability to discuss a consultant's technical background with them and understand what they are saying
Ability to understand availability of resources and how we can fit them in the current pipeline
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workload
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent written skills and ability to take detailed notes during technical conversations with consultants into a CRM system (type and talk while holding a conversation)
Experience using CRM systems, computer applications and creating Boolean searches
Succeed in a fast-paced environment and experienced juggling and delivering on multiple priorities
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
