Responsibilities
Review and provide feedback on the learning objectives necessary to meet course competencies. The learning objectives will align to the competencies, associated skills, and be measurable for the assessments
Define percentage weights for course competencies. The weighting will be documented for each competency in the course design document (CDD) and assessment blueprint
Select the difficulty and importance rating for the course learning objectives in the objective assessment
Complete Design Lead and/or Instructional Designer assigned work by provided due dates
Create performance assessments and rubrics for the course with peer SMEs, PC, and program development team
Create distributive formative assessments for course sections in courses with performance assessments with the program development team
Review objective assessment items based on guidance from program development team
Qualification
Required
Must live in the United States
Graduate/Master's Level Degree and 5-10 years of experience in finance role
