Required

Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively deliver online instruction in Blackboard platform or willingness to become proficient
Advanced computer skills appropriate to the discipline

Preferred

Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
3+ years of relevant industry experience
Formal or informal training in pedagogy for higher education
Experience teaching Computer Science or Information Technology in higher education
Experience teaching students from a wide spectrum of ages and from diverse cultural and social backgrounds, including high school students enrolled in dual credit classes
Experience in assessment of student learning outcomes
