Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years' experience in land development plus a BS in Civil Engineering, or 8 years of equivalent work experience
Experience taking grading plans from conceptual design through final plans
Experience preparing and processing maps and plans for subdivision and land development projects, including road design, drainage, and earthwork calculations
Knowledge of jurisdictional codes, standards, and procedures, preferably within the Inland Empire
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required
