Responsibilities

Create high-quality content across LinkedIn, blog, newsletter, and customer materials
Translate data, insights, and technical concepts into clear, engaging narratives
Develop repeatable content frameworks, formats, and distribution workflows
Support founder and executive content with minimal editing cycles
Align content closely with ICP needs, GTM priorities, and business outcomes
Use AI tools to accelerate research and production while maintaining a strong human voice

Required

Strong editorial judgment and a consistently high quality bar across channels
Proven ability to connect each piece of content to clear business value for a specific ICP
Excellent copywriting skills; able to turn complex or technical inputs into compelling stories
Deep understanding of enterprise marketers and how they evaluate ideas, tools, and vendors
Comfortable producing at high velocity while maintaining quality and coherence
Collaborative, low-ego working style with openness to feedback and iteration
Uses AI as a productivity and research tool, not as a replacement for thinking or voice
Able to clearly document processes, frameworks, and systems to support future scale and automation
