The Value, Access & Pricing (VAP) Analytics Intern will support key initiatives across Pricing, Market Access, and Account Management, providing hands-on opportunities to learn about pricing and market access strategies within a biopharmaceutical context.

Responsibilities

Assist with collecting, validating, and analyzing datasets related to the Grifols product portfolio
Support pricing and contracting activities, including bid proposal analysis
Help evaluate prior contracts through simple ROI reviews, customer‑level pricing assessments, and profitability checks
Support competitive benchmarking by researching competitor pricing, payer trends, and industry updates
Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and business review materials to monitor performance and track key market trends
Work with team members across VAP, Brand and other departments to support ongoing projects

Required

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to interpret data and summarize findings clearly and concisely
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Applicants for the internship should be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field with a GPA of 3.0 or better

Preferred

Basic understanding of the U.S. payer, reimbursement, or market access environment
Knowledge or exposure to pharmaceutical pricing, market access concepts, or healthcare‑related coursework
