Administrative and Customer Service Coordinator
Navigate Search is seeking an Administrative and Customer Service Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support. The role involves managing documentation, data entry, and communication across departments to enhance the organization's efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records, documentation, and internal files
Perform data entry and manage spreadsheets, reports, and operational documentation
Prepare written reports, summaries, and professional correspondence
Record, organize, and distribute meeting minutes and action items
Review documentation for accuracy, grammar, formatting, and completeness prior to submission or distribution
Assist with onboarding documentation and operational paperwork
Coordinate communication between departments, leadership, vendors, and employees as needed
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal administrative processes
Learn and operate within multiple software systems and internal platforms
Assume additional administrative and documentation responsibilities as organizational needs evolve
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of administrative, operational, or documentation-related experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Sociology, or a related field
Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism
High attention to detail, particularly in grammar, accuracy, and recordkeeping
Strong organizational and time management skills; reliable and punctual
Professional, approachable, and comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization
Receptive to feedback, eager to learn, and adaptable to evolving responsibilities
Preferred
1–2 years of administrative, operational, or documentation-related experience preferred
