Responsibilities
Support day-to-day production and assembly operations
Develop, improve, and document manufacturing processes (sheet metal, brazing, foaming, wiring, and assembly)
Troubleshoot production, quality, and equipment-related issues
Apply Lean Manufacturing tools such as 5S, standard work, waste reduction, and continuous improvement
Analyze production and quality data to drive improvements
Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and visual aids
Support new product introductions and production ramp-ups
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Safety teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, or related)
1–3 years of manufacturing experience (internship or co-op acceptable)
Basic Lean Manufacturing experience or training
Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
CAD software's
Preferred
Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, or thermal system manufacturing
Familiarity with root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools
