Responsibilities
SPM Configuration: Design, configure, and develop solutions for Demand Management, Project & Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, Financial Planning, and Application Portfolio Management (APM)
Development & Scripting: Write, test, and debug custom applications and modules within ServiceNow using JavaScript, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and Business Rules
Process Automation: Implement workflows, UI policies, and flow designer solutions to optimize portfolio management processes
Integration & Security: Integrate SPM modules with ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB, adhering to strict data security and compliance standards
Technical Documentation & Support: Create functional/technical documentation and provide post-go-live support
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, with 2+ years of hands-on experience in the SPM/ITBM module
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Service Portal, and ServiceNow APIs
Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project models
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-SPM) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
