Set the tone for the culture and drive growth
Mentor the next generation of consultants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Architecture-related discipline
Minimum of 8 years in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Project Management (specifically in design, construction, or forensics)
Minimum of 2 years of business unit leadership. This includes managing staff, P&L/revenue responsibility, hiring/firing, and driving growth strategy
A practical, deep understanding of building structures and the construction process from cradle to grave
PE or AIA license is highly desired
Preferred
Background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
Proven experience in Restoration & Repair Engineering, Forensic Engineering, and/or Building Enclosure
Client-facing experience and ability to build relationships and win trust
