National Project Assistant
Lakeside Project Solutions is a facility maintenance management company, providing service to a diverse commercial customer base nationwide. They are looking for a Project Assistant to help the operations department execute facility maintenance requests from beginning to end, requiring excellent organization and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
Prioritize and execute a large volume and variety of tasks simultaneously
Assist in coordinating and scheduling subcontractors to execute repairs within budget and on time
Follow up on subcontractor quotes and completion documents to ensure projects are quoted and completed within SLA
Verify subcontractors are on track for scheduled site visits
Provide exemplary customer service and communication
Use various computer tools to communicate and document project information per company procedures
Source subcontractors for various scopes of construction trade work using internal and external resources
Confirm subcontractors meet LPS insurance and procedural requirements
Qualification
Required
Ability to quickly learn work order management systems
Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
Critical thinking / Problem solving skills
Significant phone and computer fluency
Demonstrated excellence in customer service
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team-oriented mindset
High School / High school equivalent
Work authorization: United States (Required)
