Level 2 IT Support Technician

TechniPower, Inc. is seeking a Level 2 IT Support Technician for a client located in the Marietta, GA area. This role involves supporting client IT systems, including Windows and server support, networking troubleshooting, and endpoint support, with an initial onsite training period followed by remote work with occasional client site visits.

Supporting client IT systems
Including Windows and server support
Networking troubleshooting
System configurations
VPN setup
Active Directory
Endpoint support
Handle networking equipment setup (Cisco or similar)
Firewall configuration
Provide technical support as needed at client sites

Qualification

Required

3–5 years of experience in IT / Network Support within a Windows environment
Strong networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco or similar networking equipment
Knowledge of firewalls and network security best practices
Proficient in diagnosing and resolving server, network, and endpoint issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must pass a hands-on technical assessment in-office

Preferred

Prior experience with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
