IT Service Desk Technician
Southern Home Services is a rapidly growing company headquartered in Maitland, Florida, providing A/C, Heating, Electrical, and Plumbing repair services. They are seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to deliver exceptional technical support to end users across the enterprise, serving as a primary contact for mobile incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for mobile incidents, service requests, and access issues
Provide support for enterprise mobile devices, including coordination with carriers for ordering, replacements, and troubleshooting
Assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems, with preference for Microsoft Intune experience
Monitor and respond to tickets via the Service Desk system, performing basic triage and routing to the appropriate teams
Track IT assets, inventory, and equipment assignments
Ensure accurate documentation of devices and support activities
Assist with hardware lifecycle management and replacements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred)
+1 years of experience in customer service or technical support
Familiarity with mobile device support and coordination with cellular carriers
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory or Entra ID
Preferred exposure to IT ticketing systems and webchat support platforms
Preferred experience with MDM solutions
