Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners and researchers to create cohesive product experiences
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
Build and maintain design libraries
Ensure designs are intuitive, functional, and user-friendly
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
Present design solutions to senior management and stakeholders
Work with development teams to implement and test UI designs
Mentor junior designers and promote best practices in UX design
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design
Strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs
Proficiency in Figma, JIRA, and other design tools
Experience with user-centered design principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
