Oversee permitting, utility design, grading, and drainage plans
Review and approve civil engineering plans and documentation
Communicate project goals, progress, and risks to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal development regulations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in land development or civil engineering
Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
Strong knowledge of permitting, municipal requirements, and design standards
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
8+ years of experience managing multiple projects
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or similar civil engineering software
