Responsibilities
Create, update, and validate master data records in SAP (materials, vendors, customers, BOMs, routings)
Ensure compliance with established data governance standards and business rules
Perform regular audits and data cleansing activities to maintain high-quality data
Collaborate with procurement, production, finance, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate data updates
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP data-related issues within agreed SLAs
Maintain documentation of master data processes and workflows
Generate reports and metrics to monitor data quality and compliance
Provide guidance and training to end-users on master data processes
Support system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects related to master data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
2+ years of experience in master data management, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (MM, SD, PP modules preferred)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
