Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of the end-to-end talent planning strategy for Johnson & Johnson
Partner with BUHR, Talent Directors, and business leaders to understand business needs and opportunity areas in talent planning
Build and deliver training materials and guidelines for BUHR and business leaders on talent planning best practices
Serve as a talent adviser to BUHR, providing guidance on impactful talent conversations, scenario planning, and succession strategies
Collaborate with Talent Management, People Analytics, and other HR functions to ensure alignment and integration of talent planning efforts
Influence organizational culture to foster data-driven and inclusive talent decision-making
Apply change management expertise to drive adoption of updated talent planning processes and sustain behavior change
Leverage aggregated talent data to generate actionable insights and use data storytelling to guide strategic HR and business decisions
Support the succession planning data and reporting strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to update Workday reports and develop dashboard that provide actionable insights
Explore and integrate innovative, digital approaches in talent planning, staying current with industry trends and best practices
Present forward-thinking solutions and recommendations to continuously enhance talent planning processes and enable future talent moves

Required

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in talent planning, talent management, or HR within a large, complex organization
Strong experience partnering with BUHR and advising business leaders on talent strategy
Demonstrated ability to build training materials and deliver best practices in talent planning
Experience with change management and driving adoption of new talent planning processes
Proven consulting, facilitation, and influencing skills to drive effective talent planning outcomes
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and present complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner
Strong data and technology orientation, with experience building data infrastructure to enable data-driven decisions
Analytical mindset with the ability to storytell from data
Business acumen and experience navigating global organizational structures
Willingness to travel as required

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
