Responsibilities
Maintain the DRSN Authorization to Operate (ATO) through continuous RMF execution
Process, validate, and maintain RMF artifacts in XACTA IA Manager
Conduct ACAS-based vulnerability audits and ensure monthly audit file backups
Develop and maintain Body of Evidence (BoE) documentation, including SSPs, POA&Ms, SARs, system diagrams, and asset inventories
Coordinate cybersecurity activities with ORSMO, USSTRATCOM, DISA, DAO, DTRA, NEC, and other external stakeholders
Support configuration management reviews and RMF control testing cycles
Manage MOAs, MOUs, AORs, VPN registries, and interconnection security documentation
Obtain, manage, and maintain SCIF, TEMPEST, and EMSEC-related accreditation documentation
Support Government Security Status Reviews (SSRs), including security documentation management and reporting of PED violations
Prepare for and support external audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, including formal response development
Ensure security controls are reviewed and tested in accordance with DAO timelines
Provide cybersecurity guidance and training to DRSN system owners and stakeholders
Contribute detailed cybersecurity inputs to Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
6–10+ years of RMF and ISSO experience, including NSS and/or NC3 environments
Demonstrated hands-on experience using XACTA IA Manager
Experience with ACAS vulnerability scanning and POA&M management
Working knowledge of CNSSI 1253, NIST SP 800-53, and DoDI 8510.01
Familiarity with SCIF, TEMPEST, and EMSEC security concepts
Active TS/SCI clearance (SCI caveat obtainable within 3 months)
