Responsibilities
Creates websites and digital artifacts, including developing new assets that fit with a brand’s identity, as well as working within and making improvements to an existing front-end system
Develops technology prototypes for client pitches and manages them through to completion with the WWT Digital team
Has experience working with Content Management Systems and Digital Asset Management systems, often in concert with custom front-end systems
Explains relevant front-end and content system concepts to other team members and directly to the client
Compares and assesses the best tools for a client’s set of requirements using hands-on implementation
Investigates new frameworks and tools, and disseminates knowledge among the WWT Digital team
Combines solid technical designs with a creative mindset
Works alongside strategists, creative, and research team members to formulate and design strategies for digital evolution and identify the technical components and feasibility of those ideas within a digital transformation roadmap
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Related Field preferred
A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field required
Minimum of 3 years of experience with progressing responsibilities
Highly proficient in a variety of user-facing technologies
Exhibits superior communication skills, both oral and written; is clear, concise, sincere, and persuasive
Excellent listening skills and displays a genuine interest in the voice of others
Demonstrates initiative and creativity in all work efforts
Pursues objectives beyond what is required or expected
Able to mobilize and persuade others
Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and tactical levels to consistently meet/exceed planned objectives
Effective public speaking skills and presence
Ability to work in a team environment, but also work in a self-directed manner as appropriate
Capacity to assume more significant responsibilities over time
Preferred
Being proficient in multiple tools and frameworks is preferred
