Learning & Engagement Manager

Responsibilities
Managing the day-to-day interface with our third-party Learning Management System (LMS) vendor, including course setup, testing, user access, and issue resolution
Producing and supporting live webinars, including speaker coordination, hosting logistics, and participant support
Ensuring accurate CPE processing, certificates, and compliance documentation for webinars
Owning the operational execution of association-wide and firm-level surveys, including setup, testing, distribution, reminders, and close-out
Supporting data quality and integrity for survey and participation data
Compiling participation metrics and identifying engagement and response trends
Preparing clear summaries and reports to support leadership decision-making
Serving as a primary contact for member inquiries related to learning, surveys, webinars, and CPE
Maintaining documentation and repeatable workflows to ensure consistency and reliability
Coordinating with external vendors and service partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience supporting surveys, reporting, data collection, or learning platforms
Strongly member-focused and service-minded
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with survey tools, participation data, and reports
Curious about what data reveals—but grounded in practical application
Confident interacting with senior professionals
Reliable, responsive, and solution-oriented
Preferred
Familiarity with professional services, education, or association environments is a plus
