Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and regression suites
Perform manual and automated testing of front-end applications and backend integrations
Build and execute automated UI and integration tests using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
Develop test automation and utilities using C# where appropriate
Conduct API testing and validation using Postman, Swagger, or custom scripts
Identify, reproduce, document, and track defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams throughout agile sprints
Validate builds and releases through CI/CD pipelines
Perform usability, performance, and security validation as part of release readiness
Monitor post-release quality metrics and assist with root cause analysis
Qualification
Required
3+ years of QA experience in web, desktop, or SaaS-based products
Experience testing modern JavaScript front-end frameworks (React preferred)
Proficiency in C# for test automation and scripting
Strong understanding of API testing and service integration validation
Familiarity with .NET-based backend systems
Experience working in agile development environments
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
Preferred
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
Exposure to performance, load, or security testing
Experience in privacy, security, or consumer protection software
Familiarity with test automation framework design and maintenance
