Events Services
Responsibilities
Design and develop blended learning programs (eLearning, VILT, microlearning) for onboarding, service excellence, safety, and event operations
Create interactive eLearning modules and assets using Articulate Storyline/authoring best practices and publish SCORM/xAPI-compliant packages
Manage LMS content lifecycle: upload courses, enroll learners, configure learning paths, and maintain compliance records
Deliver and facilitate Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions and coordinate schedules with multi-site operations teams
Partner with managers to perform training needs analysis and prioritize learning initiatives tied to KPIs (guest satisfaction, speed-to-proficiency, incident reduction)
Measure program effectiveness using learning analytics and feedback; iterate content to improve completion, retention, and on-the-job impact
