Responsibilities
Field Failure Analysis: Troubleshoot electronic systems and hardware to determine initial validation and failure mode (Level 1 analysis) and initial cause (Level 2 analysis) - working with Tech Support, Sales and Engineering counterparts
Communicate with Sales/Tech Support - Perform technical conversations to help determine installation environment, troubleshooting steps, failure mode, etc
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required, including assisting with Field Test on electronic products
Track all progress of field issues, building specific reports for all issues to help provide clarity back to customers, Tech Support, Sales Support or others
Assist in the prioritization of reported field issues
Involve in NPI and sustaining projects by providing field test insights
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other technical engineering fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven curiosity, initiative, and pragmatism to grow and learn
Ability to work independently and within a team, with a proactive and positive attitude
Demonstrates leadership & interpersonal skills along with the ability to work with others positively
