Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in project management support or a related role
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Design, Architecture, Construction or a related field
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience in project management software (Asana, Procore, Trello, Monday.com, or similar tools)
Knowledge in CRM systems (Zoho, Odoo, Salesforce, CoStar, or similar tools)
Knowledge in design software (Adobe suite, Autodesk suite, Bluebeam Revu, Rhino or similar tools)
Ability to learn and adapt to new software or systems quickly
Preferred
preferably in a fast-paced or project-based environment such as (Design, Architecture, Construction or Real Estate Development)
A Bachelor's degree is a plus
